Hello! Just like the title says, out input coupler keeps becoming loose from the keyed neo shaft and falling down. (It’s mounted vertically). This is locking up our gearbox preventing it from running each time it runs. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!
Can you share some photos of your setup?
Are you running it eithout a stage reduction? The center hole in the ratio stages is 8mm letting just the shaft through but if you are using the base as a 1:1 drive the bolt recess on the nose is bigger and will let the keyway slide out. Some people have had luck with a dab of loctite on the keyway or even resorting to stuffing junk inside the bolt recess hole to keep the keyway from sliding out. I perfer the loctite method or even super glue
