We’ve just get our new limelight3, but we cannot get any data from the network table. Whe ever we plug in the Ethernet cable our Riolog says"Got a NT3 connection," and then immediately says"NT3 socket error: socket is not connected." We can enter the WebUI of Limelight through the Limelight HardWare Manager, and everything looks fine through the WebUI, but we can see not data in the shuffleboard. I’ve e-mailed the official support of limelight but they aren’t replying us since this Sunday. This does not seem to be a common issue. I’m sure our network setting, team number setting and cable connection are all correct and our Limelight 2+ works fine with our current hardware setup. What could be wrong?
You mentioned you have 2 limelight’s what are their host names? You will have to change at least one of them so they don’t match. Under settings.

I don’t mean that we are running two Limelight’s on the machine at the same time. There is only room for one Limelight on our machine. I found out that our new Limelight 3 was having problems and then switched to our old Limelight 2+ on it. The old Limelight works fine on our machine. I’m just trying to show that we have no problems with Roborio, DriverStation, and a few other settings.

The 2023.6 Limelight Firmware. I 've tried to flash our Limelight to 2024.0 but it turns out that does no help to our problem
I also noticed that we seem to have some kind of little red light on inside the limelight, is this normal? Or is this some sort of fault light or something?
OK,it seems that there is something wrong with our radio, we switch to another one and it works fine.
