Regarding this device:
Are the old breakers still usable in the new device or do we need to replace them with the new (coloured) ones?
The Snap-Action VB3 circuit breakers (the smaller ones used in the CTRE PDP) are legal to use in all breaker slots in the REV PDH. That being said, you will need to buy the orange REV 40A breakers if you want 40A breakers, as the VB3s only go up to 30A.

The old breakers except the 40 amp breakers work. You will need to use REV 40 amp breakers.
