The New York Tech Valley planning committee will be hosting its fourth annual Robot Rumble! Join us for a day of fun and great competition!

When: Saturday, November 4, 2017
Where: Ballston Spa High School, Ballston Spa, New York

Our Robots to the Rescue Community Food Drive will also be held again this year! For a list of items being collected, please visit the Robot Rumble website.

The TVHS Dragons are looking forward to seeing everyone again in November!

5254 is planning to attend again, potentially with two robots again.

And even if 5254 didn’t, I’d likely be there. Robot Rumble is always a well-run, enjoyable event.

With the addition of 2nd robots from Teams 1493, 5254, and 6300, and the addition of Team 5813 from New Hampshire, Robot Rumble is officially full! We are so excited for this event and thankful for how it has grown! From just 13 teams in its first year we now have a quarter of our teams from out of state, and have been able to welcome more teams from New York to join us. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Kathie Kentfield, Director, NEMO (Non-Engineering Mentor Organization) will facilitate a meeting for adults working with FRC teams at Robot Rumble. The meeting will be held in Room 222 from 9:45am-11:45am- come and go as your schedule allows. They will be discussing non-technical topics of interest to the group such as team organization, teambuilding, fundraising, and travel planning. Be prepared to share your team’s top fundraiser idea. This is a great opportunity to network with other non-technical mentors! www.firstnemo.org
