maybe your server is just having issues somewhere along the way to getting the first site to load.

When I checked a few minutes ago…it was working fine…and plus i was downloading a whole entire 5.6kb/s! Isnt 56k nice? 
Ah, it’s back. I was reloading it every 15 minutes or so, and it’s good to see it’s back. Now I can try to download some bits and pieces of the manual. Where’d that rascal Section 2 get off to…
Yeah, I think that they were updating the site. They just added the field and goal drawings. They are in PDF and DWG format. You can get the viewer for the DWG at the AutoDesk website (it’s the Volo Viewer Express) in a free download (about 25 Megs).
