We hooked everything up, went to reimage, and the computer would not recognize the cRio. We can’t figure out what is wrong.

Did your computer have a 10.xx.yy.6 ip address when you tried it?
We got it fixed! Like a bunch of sillys, we forgot to make sure it wasn’t in safe mode!
