When we turn our robot on, connect, and start to run it, it works perfectly. But, the voltage of any battery we connect stays at 0.00. No idea what is the problem. Any ideas?
No idea what you’ve done or tried.
Did you put the battery jumper on the Analog Breakout in cRIO slot 1?
Did you power the Analog Breakout from a 12v on the Power Distribution Panel?
I had a different connector than that. I just put that one in, and I am not looking for the jumper to try it. Thanks.
It’s most likely the jumper is not in the correct spot, or not at all. However we did have a rookie team that had the same problem even with the jumper installed, turned out to be a bent pin in the underneath the analog module on the crio. So be aware of that.
Yeah if that jumper is in the right place and the analog module is powered, you should be able to see the battery voltage in the driver station and the dashboard if you have that programmed in.
What do you mean Programmed in?
It’s not in code that you should be modifying, IIRC. It should be a case of plug the jumper in and open the proper tab in the driver’s station, and you’ll see your battery voltage.
