We are trying to download a program to our NXT 2.0. We have tried multiple liscenses, computers, and bricks as well as updating our drivers.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

What error code are you receiving?
Error: A required file is broken.
We just tried updating the firmware, but to no avail.
