The red alliance(247 & the placebo) had 3 tubies scoring on the ramp, plus they recieved the 5 points for the arrow. However, they also recieved a 5 point penalty(I’m not sure of the reason, as the system does not keep track), making their final score 6 points.
The blue alliance(27 & 226) had three tubies scoring on the ramp as well. They did not have any score obtained through any other method, also making their final score 6 points.
As Mike Martus mentioned, in the event of a tied score, the “owner” of the arrow determines who wins the match. So, in this case, despite the 5 point penalty, since they had possession of the arrow at the end of the match, the red alliance won the match.
