OCCRA Teams, this one's for you...

For those of you who competed in OCCRA last year, you may know that I was the one who developed the scoring system for the season. Well, I’m working on the new system for this year’s competition, and am looking for input from you, the OCCRA teams, as to what you would like to see included in the new system. Taking some clues from this past year’s FIRST scoring system, I’ve already planned some new features, as well as something that will make the job of whoever’s at the registration desk at an event that much easier… :smiley: But seriously, what did you like about last year’s system? What would you like to see changed for this year? Let me know…

We got everything we hoped for and more from you, Nate (that’s why you were asked back!) The scoring at the events went smoothly and I don’t see any need for changes during the regular season; at the county championships I would make this suggestions: Don’t have the last 2 seeding matches (that are held the morning of the championships) completely random: we got stuck playing Lake Orion twice in a row (and they were good!). Why can’t you make up a schedule where there are no match-ups duplicated, then randomly assign teams to the spots on the schedule? I hope this makes sense.(let me know if it doesn’t)
