I’m in the FIN district and looking for off season compositions around Southern IN. Where should I look to find comp around me?
Many offseason events are listed here:
Looks like there are a couple of events coming up in the St. Louis area and the Knoxsville area in September. I don’t know anything about them, but if you click on the links, there are websites listed for both that should be able to get you in touch with the event organizers.
Blue Alliance OffSeason Events
Unfortunately, nothing near you.
Except for the Tennessee Valley Fair Robo-Rodeo
Unfortunately, the only offseason this year in Indiana is B^3. The next closest one I can find is the Roboteer Rumble.
Hopefully next year more offseasons will return, like RAGE or CAGE Match or BPRC.
This is what I was worried about. I just wanted to confirm the worst. We’re working with 4 local teams to hopefully have an off season event by next year.
RAGE is rumored to be happening. Details are pending.
There was an event in the past: Battle for the Bluegrass. We’ve gone in the past. Keep an eye out for that.
Where is rage at?
GRC has spots open and is probably your closest option that has open signups currently
We’d be happy to have your team at the Roboteer Rumble, though it’s a bit further to drive

IndyRAGE typically occurs at Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis, IN

You can also check out this list for other offseasons going on
RIP Battle for the Bluegrass
Colorado is having an offseason event and would love for you to join us! The spreadsheet in the post above does not have it listed, but go to this thread and get more information.
Columbus, OH is a bit of a trip, but the Ohio RD tells us the CORI Invitational will be held there on October 23rd. Details still forthcoming. Back in the day, 234 would pop over, I seem to recall.
Columbia, South Carolina is about 8.5 hours away, but we’d love to have you at SCRIW on October 15. Being a one-day event, it’d be a pretty straightforward three-day weekend (and our state fair is near the venue for some after-party fun). You would be duking it out with Exploding Bacon for our longest trip in event history though, so I know that’s a stretch.
Cowtown Throwdown is October 28-29th at Lee’s Summit, Missouri. I think the registration will open soon (end of month according to their site: cttd-robotics.com). They say 36 teams. It is a little more than 6 hours from Evansville.
This was just released.
