OM5P-AC Radio Flashing Error - Help

I just tried flashing our new OM5P-AC Radio and hit a bunch of errors. The radio was connected to my computer via ethernet cable and powered on just fine, but it would refuse to work.
When I hit configure, it gave back the error: Bridge Configuration Failed: Failed to program radio settings. After rerunning the process a few times, I tried to load firmware instead which gave the error: Bridge firmware load failed: Error finding NPF device name for adapter: Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller.
I made sure firewall was off, and I turned off wifi. I even tried turning on airplane mode. I disconnected and reconnected my radio a few times and went through WPILib’s instructions for flashing the radio. We tried resetting the radio as well.
Some people told me to try following AndyMark’s instructions, but the Andymark website linked me back to WPILib.
Is there any idea as to why I am unable to use our radio? Thanks.

Are you running it as an administrator?

Did you disable network adapters? It can be done by navigating to the Network and Sharing Center, then “Change adapter settings”. I use this and airplane mode on my laptop.

Try using different Ethernet cables(or ports if possible) if that doesn’t work use an Ethernet to USB adapter and try using different USB ports. Make sure your Ethernet cable is plugged into the correct port on the radio, 802.3af. The software is kinda weird and it worked for us when we put something in Robot Name. I also recommend following the guide on wpilib.
