Omio x8 stock + tips

I have a few questions regarding the Omio x8.

Does anyone have any idea as to when it will be in stock on WCP?

And any user tips will be appreciated, I have experience with CNC machines (axioms) but would like to hear about any potential tips you guys may have

Thought it might be worth putting this thread together to keep the OMIO CNC Router discussion in one places as well as allow individuals and team to share what they have learnt. I have had my machine for a bit over a year and have cut a lot of aluminium parts on it with varying strategies. Originally when I got the machine I was using 1/8” single flute endmills, with just a shop vac for chip clearing this didn’t work very well and I was limited to about 35IPM and 0.5-1mm DOC, the small endmill…

OMIO machines are absolutely wonderful for the price. I would recommend purchasing a WCP Bearing Reamer as minor infrequent tolerance issues can be expected. I can also not speak highly enough about the FogBuster mist coolant system (Just remember to close the valve after finished cutting). Also be sure to protect the cable connections for the x y and z steppers. Oftentimes chips will get caught in the connector and cause a machine fault.
