With this being our teams first year CADing out robot with Onshape we noticed something. All CADs made on a free tier account are public by default, this has lead us down a rabbit hole of being able to find countless robot CADs for this year. This list includes some teams that may not want their CADs public before it is ready. Just using a few key terms teams I have been able to find include former world champion 2024 robots and top 1% teams robots. These include teams I know don’t want their robot public before their revel video comes out. So consider this a PSA that onshape.com is public by default so if you don’t want your robot CAD public please think about changing some settings.

Did you mean education or free accounts? Because they make it quite clear that you wont have private documents in free tier, and the stuff surrounding education is less clear. Onshape Plans and Pricing. If a team made their accounts free and didn’t realize that, then thats on them.
