Open A Motor With a Spike Rather Than a Jagaur

When I attempt to open a motor in the it opens by default with jaguar selected. The other options list the victor which we are using, but on 2 of our motors we just want on/off. How does one open a motor that will receive an input via PWM to a VEX spike relay? If we select Jaguar will the spike receive an input like the jaguar and make it move accordingly?

Instead of opening a Motor, you want to open a Relay, found under the WPI Robotics Library>>Actuators Palette
