So for the good part of the build season, our Openmesh router has been working just fine. All comms were working with no issues. But recently it decided to start causing problems of losing connections randomly, so we reflashed the firmware and reconfigured it.
That was a few days ago and we’ve been tearing out hair out trying to get it to work again. Random stuff just keeps happening; sometimes it works on one laptop, not the other, then it just doesn’t work at all, cycle power, reconfigure, set static ip; we’ve gone the whole 9 yards more than a few times by now. There’s only four days left and we’d rather work on stuff we need to get done than this crap.
Please, if anyone else has been having random wireless comms issues, please comment on the steps you took to fix them and get comms back up again.
