Operator or no operator?

My team has is torn on this question because our robot functions are pretty simple in that we have one piston for gear placement and on motor for climbing. So for most of the match the only thing the operator does is presses a button to deploy the gear, and then climbs at the end.

In short should we have a driver and an operator or should the driver do everything?
