Orange lines aren't showing up in Pathweaver

I am new to Pathweaver and how it works. This is the issue that I have run into with the tool.

You can see in this image that the orange line is visible and that I haven’t touched it.

This image has one of the paths I have made selected, but it doesn’t show the orange line like in the other picture.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I program in Java.

To clear some things up, I have moved this file from one project to another. I tried moving it back when I discovered this problem and it didn’t fix it. Everything is up to date as well.
