Last year I decided to through money at the hex key organization problem by buying visually distinctive hex keys. As in they look different from size to size, and I bought different brands for imperial vs metric. I picked Bondhus for the imperial sizes partially because it matches the individual color hex keys from McMaster so we can supplement extras of the common sizes.
