Its a great start! Easy to navigate and covers the basics.
A couple of items to watch for. The grey on grey for the text in the menus is a little tough to see on my monitor. Try testing it on some different screen types and see how it appears.
On your blog page, check the page load time. You may need to resize the images so the page can load faster.

Your website is excellent. I was very impressed - it’s got a very classy and streamlined design. The only thing i would recommend is a section with pictures of the team as a group and perhaps individual photos of each team member. It will give it a more personal feel when people can see exactly who they are supporting by visiting the website/donating.
I really like your logo, too - it’s very visually appealing but not over the top.

Brilliant website, I love how everything actually seems to work. I would recommend putting the Blog farther to the left in the bar at the top because, in my opinion, it should be the focal point of your website. Also, I like the logo on your home page and the google maps thing in the “about us” section. I noticed a link to your picasa album in your blog, I feel that this is something you would also want to include in some permanent location on your site so people can find your pictures easily. Also, the blog currently loads with a lot of pictures, even though I had no bandwidth issues, it caused a bit of lag when I tried to scroll down.

I like it. It looks good, the only problem I see is the lack of your own team number. Be proud of your number, it will be with you your whole life.
Great design, and I was overjoyed to see the menu did not use Flash. Needs a bit more content though
Looks fantastic! A few little things as mentioned already, but otherwise it looks really sharp. Just as long as you keep maintaining it and pushing fresh content in the areas where it’s needed you’ll have a fantastic site!
