2008 Rah Cha Cha Ruckus Possible Vex Game
by: Alex Cormier
A custom designed game to be played at the 2008 Rah Cha Cha Ruckus in Rochester, NY.
The game is played on a 4’ by 6’ carpeted playing field. The game will be comprised of two Upper Goals, two Lower Goals, and a Slider. The field element is golf whiffle balls. The Upper goals are team color designated for scoring, as well as the Lower Goals. The slider is a piece of lexan that is on two drawer sliders. The Slider is able to cover up either side of the Upper Goals totally or both half way. The slider is easily moveable by both robots for defense from any side. The object is to score the whiffle balls by either placing them into either goal and placing the Doubler ball on their designated Upper goal at the end of the match. Scoring in the lower goal is worth 1 point, scoring into the upper goal is worth 3 points and the Doubler being placed on top of a Upper goal at the end of the match will double the balls placed into that specific Upper goal.
