Out of curiosity, where did you find this information? I could find all this info for 2009 but didn’t think 2010 had been published yet. Either way, thank you!
I looked at the date I published this information a year ago and it was 12/26 so I guess I did publish it earlier this year. Since the payment deadline for the first event was 12/4, I thought I will publish it. I will try to do it if I have time after 1/15 when payment is due for all other events. What I learned last year was even after the deadline, FIRST can still make changes.

I got this all from FIRST website, by going to each event as in the link below http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/regionalevents.aspx?id=430
and extract the team numbers from each event. It is very tedious work. I used frclinks.com (thanks Pat) which helps a little since I only have to change the event code and I use web query in Excel to aid in the process. But it still took me about 2 hours to do the whole thing. I hope everybody finds this useful.
