_A web based (php/mysql) time clock system to be used by mobile devices and multiple devices at once. View demo: http://www.brt1671.com/sis-release_
Inspired by the beach cities robotics clock in system - our team was growing rapidly and working in multiple locations. We needed to take things to the next level, so we did. Myself with the help of student member, Chandler Warne, worked together to build a php/mysql based time clock system that will allow you to keep track of your team members and mentors. We have added many new features, here is just a few:
- Web based, so multiple computers at once!
- Tracks Volunteer Hours, Vs Shop Hours. We require a minimum of both to travel with the team.
- E-Mail Reports! Send weekly (or desired frequency) progress reports to members, send reminder reports to members who have been missing for awhile.
- Mobile friendly, so use an iPad/iPhone/Tablet while you are on the road at an event
- DataTables to provide detailed user reports
- De-activate users to prevent emails from being sent and ability to login, but save their data
- Password protected
We have plans to further enhance the code and publish updates. Please send your ideas to myself, andrew nabors ([email protected]).
For the demo, normal user login is “admin” – for reports, admin menu, and “Click to sign out” use “admin2”
After code has been uploaded to your server, open the README.php file in your browser to finish the setup process.
Not able to host it yourself but want to use the program? We will be accepting small donations to go towards our team and we will host it and keep it updated for you!
