Being relatively new to FIRST, I’d like to build a library of past games. If they exist, does anybody know where I might be able to find animations for FRC games dating before Stack Attack (2003)?
Rack and Roll http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLTAGrUHhG4
Aim High www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJhSVv_xdBk
tipple play http://robotics.nasa.gov/first/2005/TriplePlayMovie.Large.mov
First Frenzy http://www.genwi.com/play/453374
But i cant find Stack attack!!!
Thanks, I’ve got all those, I’m looking for years 2002 and past.
I believe Stack Attack (2003) was the first FRC game animation. I’m not 100% positive about that, but I’m pretty confident.
I think he is right.

i thought we did animations before that? i think my team did one of a spoof of a used car sales man selling robots and i thought it was in 99.
Perhaps you’re thinking of Autodesk Visualization Award entries, rather than the Lavery-produced game animations?
Just to throw on FTC/FVC, the Quad Quandary animation is here, and Hangin’-A-Round can be found here. (No animation was created for Half-Pipe Hustle or the 2005 pilot.)
I remember an animation in '98, but I think it was a team-produced one.
