Path plotter and swerve?

My team is new to swerve this year and as we have worked on autonomus paths we have run into some difficulty, is path plotter and swerve even compatible, if so how?

PathPlanner is the PathWeaver equivalent for holonomic drivetrains. It seems WPILib has a SwerveControllerCommand (WPILib API 2022.4.1) to assist in trajectory following as well.
That said, I have very little expertise in this area as my team hasn’t tried swerve.
