Pathplanner in Auton

While in simulation, robot follows path super slow unless I move it before I follow path. PID, mass, feedforward has all been tuned. Any help would be appreciated!

I changed max meters per second to be 20 and it then runs how I’d expect it to run.

Looks like it’s due to the Drive Gearing field. I have it set to 4.7, as I’m using NEO Vortex. Says velocity is 0 in Pathplanner GUI.
