Paths Not Reaching the Right Distance (due to velocity?)

Hello, we were just wondering what some possible faults of paths not reaching the right distance, though everything else works smoothly? Our PID values are just (5, 0, 0).

We originally thought it was due to the maximum velocity, but the turning seems fine and the path should usually adjust on its own when given a speed?
