Hey everyone, my friends team is trying to update the firmware on their PDH but right when they start it will say unable to update and boot them out. Any ideas?
Needs more info.
- Whats the current firmware version?
- What version are they updating to?
- Whats the hardware revision of the PDH?
- What version of the REV Hardware Client are they using?
- Is there any error message displayed? Can you elaborate on “booted them out”?
will get back to you once he wakes up / but it seems like the update starts then say unable to update right away
