Our team has a sticky fault on our PDP but when we installed silverlight for the system config the CAN interface tab was missing. We are a little stuck right now and could use some help. Thanks.

You can clear the sticky faults programmatically. The method is called clearStickyFaults in the PowerDistributionPanel class.
The standard RoboRio web dashboard no longer includes the CAN functionality. You need to install the CTRE Phoenix Diagnostic Server, see https://phoenix-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
