Hello everyone!
The Peddie School, home to FRC 5895, is excited to host our inaugural VIRTUAL hackathon, PeddieHacks! As members of the Peddie community, we invite you to our online hackathon from Saturday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 23rd! Since we’re hosting the hackathon at the tail-end of the summer, it will be a good experience for all high school students to sharpen their technology skills before the upcoming school year. Also, if you want to do something cool over the summer and even win prizes, sign up for PeddieHacks, and we’ll make your time worthwhile with interactive workshops and other fun activities!
So, more formally, what are we, and what is a hackathon?
PeddieHacks is a 24 hour online hackathon hosted by The Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ. It is a competition open to all high school students where both experienced and novice computer programmers work together to design solutions for real world problems and participate in knowledge-based workshops.
We hope to make this just as interactive and exciting as it would have been in person, so sign up for 24 hours of coding, learning, and fun through our website (peddiehacks.peddie.org) or Devpost (peddiehacks.devpost.com)!
This is open to all high schoolers, so feel free to share it with your friends! Sign up with a team or individually!
