pepperoni

I dont like pepperoni that much on a pizza, I prefer olives and bacon. I would even perfer it hawaiian (not that hawaiian is bad) why is pepperoni so popular?

 pepperoni:confused:

Because it tastes so good!

Here is my pizza: Pepperoni, Italian Sasuage (add some zip), Bacon Bits (not enough greese yet), mushrooms, and olives.

Now, if meet isn’t your thing, that’s ok - I’m flexible…Well, as long as it’s on a pizza I’ll eat it…mostly…lol

I dunno if any else has ever had a pizza from East Side Mario’s…It is fab. Espcially the ā€˜Love Da Meat’ pizza (can u guess that I would of liked it?).

Hey guess what I’m having for dinner tonight…

Peperoni is overrated. I personally prefer everything-style pizzas. Just adds more flavor to it. It’s really funny when they put so much toppings on it that the crust is actually collapsing from the weight.

new york pizza is the best, no other state/country can beat it. every pizzaria outside of new york has ā€œnew york styleā€ pizza and it sucks. out here on long island there’s more than 10 pizzarias within 2 miles of my house! that’s how much we love pizza

You can say that again… There atleast 3 within 5 minutes of me. Theres practically two or three in every town around here. Put simply, pizza is the food of the gods (along with Ramen noodles, of course!)

I was in NYC in the summer, had a couple pizza’s…They were no better or worse than any pizza places here…

Maybe I went to the crappy pizza places…but they seemed decent, and both places I went to had basically the same style pizza.

I don’t eat meat
so I must say I enjoy a good veggie pizza, the rest of my team has learned to love it, and hey their all guys, theyll eat anything

asher

Veggies go in my salad…not my pizza…

However, whenever I have pizza I do have a salad with it…So I’m not completely unhealthy =)

Thing about pizza is it’s all your major food groups in one. Breads - thats the crust. Fruits - pineapple, etc. Vegtables - peppers, onions, etc. Meat - well, it’s not pizza without the meat (unless you’re asher, of course ;)) Dairy - er, well, I suppose you could drink a bit of milk to put it down if you really wanted to… Fats and sweets - we all know a good pizza has just enough of those. See, Pizza truley is the food of the gods. Why spend so much time creating a balanced meal when you could just ride your bike to your local pizzeria and grab a slice and a drink for $4?

I’m pretty plain when it comes to pizza. I only really like just cheese or light pepperoni.

sigh, seems like everyone likes pizza either plain or with pepperonis. Whenever I order pizza for everyone, I always get a everything pizza, but no one ever eats 'em. I guess no one likes the full flavor of pizza :frowning:

I’ve at least tried an almost everything pizza unlike some of the poeple i know… It just isn’t for me.

The dairy on the pizza can be the chese…and part of the veggie part can also be the tomatoe sauce.

And, cold pizza makes for an excellent breakfast the morning after you have it for dinner =)

or instead of the milk, you could just eat the CHEESE that pizzas are famous for…

mouth waters…i have to agree Frank. I am a native californian and i’ve had dozens of new york ā€œstyleā€ pizza, but i never got why it was so popular until i tasted the real thing.
My personal philosophy concerning pizza is the more toppings the better. Don’t like pepperoni? peel it off and stick it on my slice. Mmm…and for the best pizza west of NYC, check out Stuft Pizza in El Segundo, CA. SoCal ppl better know what i’m talking about or you have not tasted real pizza.

BTW, i can’t stand cold pizza. I eat leftover pizza for breakfast, but only cause if i wait any longer my dad or brother get to it first, and i never eat it cold. yucky.

if anybody is in the san mateo area in california the best pizza is at this place called windy city pizza. they are like constantly rated the best.

taco bell has pizza now, they’re cheese is pretty good.

Blasphmy!!! lol

Cold pizza is very good…makes for a great breakfast…lunch…dinner…snack…you name it, just pop it out of the fridge, and BANG you’ve got pizza =)

I happen to be a pizza and brocolli fan…its yummy you should all try it…but the other day I had a dominos bacon double cheeseburger pizza…AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD…YUM YUM!

About the cheese posts… yeah, I thought I was missing something simple

I agree about the whole pizza thing in the morning, but I can’t stand it cold. Just nuke it for 30 seconds, and you’re set. After an all-nighter, nothing wakes me up quite like pizza from the night before just crawlin’ with excited atoms. Makes it all the more exciting!
cheap rimshot!
