A fantastic rookie robot from Team 2609 in Guelph, Ontario. For those of you who don’t know they were the winners of the Michigan rookie event, and the Rookie All-Star award winner in Waterloo. I predict we’ll see big things from this team in the future.
Good luck from your friends at Team 1114. See you in Atlanta!
loved the bot in Waterloo guys, a little air dependent, but it worked really well.
Glad we got the chance to pick you guys and make it to semi finals!!
Hopefully we can work more closely in the next few years (as we are pretty darn close to one another lol)
Good luck with the rest of the robotics year!!
Team 1565
Had to honour of working with this team at the Kettering Rookie Challenge.
Had to honour of sharing the field with them at Waterloo as well.
Extremely impressive rookie team. These guys understand what FIRST is all about in every way, on and off the field.
Can’t wait to see how you guys to in Atlanta, and what Linamar / Research in Motion and Our Lady of Lourdes have in store for next year!
Dang,
I’m impressed when rookies have one well built system; but looking over your robot I can’t even find one that doesn’t look well built.
Keep it up guys, I’ll have to look out for 2609
