FRC Team 3313 Mechatronics presents our 2014 robot for Aerial Assist, Thor.
We competed at the Lake Superior Regional last weekend and were #1 Alliance Captain and Finalist. We compete at the 10,000 Lakes Regional in about 2.5 weeks.

How quickly can you get the ball from the floor in to your robot and ready to fire?
That’s a great question. We’ve never really timed it.
Watching some video on our YouTube, it takes about a second.
It depends on what else is happening as well. If we drive and raise them, it takes longer because of other electrical loads. Also, once we get it past about 30 degrees from the floor, it goes much faster.
This is a really nice robot. At the week 0 event we both attended, it was obvious that you’d do well at the regionals.
Looking forward to seeing you in Minneapolis.
