How do you plan to do the serpentine belt? I don’t see it.

Does the larger shifter gear interfere with a sprocket on the output shaft right below it? From the picture it looks like it might happen. Where do the sprockets for a WCD go then?

Referencing your other picture, you have one flipped piston pushing that shifter through a sort of cantilevered linkage. The shifter has unbalanced forces. Don’t trust me, but I remembering hearing that was bad for 192’s 3x flipped CIM gearbox and they ended up using 2 flipped pistons to balance forces on the shifter.
