That battery isn’t going anywhere.
Is it good to bolt right into the battery like that though? That’s going to be a pain to change out.
Looks like a pretty quick change to me. Pull the battery out and put the next one in. Perhaps a cable tie through that hole to hold the whole thing together.
it looks like each battery has the same setup, some fiberglass screwed to it, and then all you gotta do is cut your ziptie and switch it out
We were thinking bolts with wing nuts, but zip ties I like too!
How many HOURS do you take to change the battery??! :ahh:
At first thats what thought but a closer look shows a hole drilled throught the fiber glass on the side of the battey where it connects to the cassis for some quick change device. Hey guys see what you can find in the way of quick change devices like for hoses.
I wanna see a matching “quick-change” charging station.
Wow I love your quick change system. Very well done.
Does that count as modifying a kit part, and is that allowed? As in modifying, I mean drilling holes into the battery.
It looks good, but what if you’re in eliminations and you run low on batteries and have to borrow one?
