I just noticed that your bumper rail crosses in front (rather than above) the pneumatic wheels. That will make changing wheels significantly harder - you’ll have to pull the live axles out or maybe completely deflate the tire, ruining the big advantage of a WCD chassis layout. It’s a simple change anyway - just raise that beam up above the tires.

What about belly pans- would a 1/16in aluminum belly pan with no pocketing be better than a pocketed 1/8in belly pan? In my experience I prefer the 1/16in with only mounting holes and slots for wire management. What’s your take on that?

I assume you are referring to the drive rails… The pocketing was for practice and mostly fun. As stated before the drive rails would be unpocketed, thank you for your advice to keep me in check! My team always builds very heavy (and heavy duty) so this would exact design wouldn’t fly past concept anyway.

Good eye, that beam is bumper mounting and would likely be riveted to the 1x1 “spacer”. If a wheel had to be removed, it would mean only drilling one or two rivets. It probably wouldn’t be too hard to fix this. Thanks!
