Looks like the remants of 2751’s 2011 robot, judging by the SDPC logo and OP’s profile. Chassis style is the same, and you can see the Vex ultrasonic sensor on the left in this picture and in the front of that robot.
That team folded after 2012; some of the people went to 4452, which itself folded after 2015.
