This is Team Alarm’s 2012 chassis. Our local sheet-metal sponsor just made us three of these. The middle wheels are dropped an eighth of an inch and direct driven with a hex shaft. Each of the four dead axles is mounted to adjustable plates that tighten to the frame to provide chain tensioning. It’s the first chassis I’ve designed, and overall I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
Loving the chain tensioning method, just make sure those bolts are really tight before getting on the field
