And yet no safety glasses to be found…
[getting off my Safety FIRST soapbox]
ooh, nice catch!
SAFETY FIRST, y’all! [like my team can talk…]
Yeah all of those powertools they are using are dangerous…
Our’s used to be that crowded, but then we spilled into the garage and living room.
Doesn’t matter, when in a shop environment you should always be wearing the appropriate safety equipment.
yes i concur but i believe i see one student with a some on, smart move. Remember Safety First
Not arguing with you, but, assume they are all barinstorming (those around the robot). And no one is even touching a tool. do you still think they would be neccessary? I mean they are only standing there.
**I don’t mean to argue, I just don’t know other people stance on saftey goggles.
They were all discussing the plans for the robot, I went to grab the camera. No tools being operated. Generally they do well with wearing safety equipment.
wow people actully build the thing at their homes. for my team we usually build it at school. hummm.
luckily we actually has Robotics as a after school class. This way we get our own room plus storage and better yet, a elective credit
If safety is celebrated then maybe more students will protect themselves as a result.
if taylort from team 1293 saw this, he would freak out, he’s our Mr. Safety Head!!
