Add some bumps to the lower base and you’ll have yourself a Dalek 
Oh and you’ll need a little cannon too of course!
Very interesting design. Paint it orange and make the bumpers black and you’ll have the world’s most maneuverable traffic cone.

One has to wonder what’s under them though, what’s driving this traffic cone, and does it tip?
