pic: (First) Sheet Metal Design- Swerve

This is my first attempt at a sheet-metal chassis. I designed it around my swerve modules which many of you saw transform in a previous thread.
A few important things to note: rivets / rivet holes are not in place yet. Additionally, motors and gearboxes have not yet been integrated.
Please keep in mind that this is the work of about an hour and a half.
Thanks!

Nice rendering. Those chamfered corners may be a pain to put bumpers around.

Your current sheetmetal enclosure in your current design can be replaced with more tubing. You’d probably be using the same amount of material, and right now it doesn’t seem like the actual sheetmetal parts you have are serving much of a purpose. A chassis such as the one staplemonx posted is making use of the sheetmetal in a structural manner, not as an enclosure such as your design.
