Here is the robot in the real world. We ended up freehand modifying the hopper so that we could hopefully hold more balls. We are at about 23.75 inches tall all the way around. A good hit will cost us a few balls between the hopper and the boiler.

We are more than happy to share CADD files for anyone who wants them. Just PM.

Off topic of gear collection…
You seem to be using 8" mecanum wheels. What gear reduction are you using, and how you had issues with sluggishness or loss of traction?
