it looks to me like it’s just a really big wrist 
I spot 9… Looks like it ghosted a previous frame on to the new one.
The Kinect is compensating for its overall infrequent use by slowly adding digits to the few who step in front of it.

Looks like the guy whose hand is on the right had an accident with a bandsaw and cut half his finger off.
