I don’t know Chris, looks like something is missing from this CAD model.
Regardless, it is another great Cyber Blue 'bot, and I can’t wait to see it in person (if I get the chance). I like the 3 independently controlled ball elevator system.
A few questions:
Where is the camera?
Is the cRIO unprotected? or is the shielding left out of this render?
What does the transmission look like?
Nice work. What does the window motor in the upper right of the photo do?

I assumed that it is a motor to control the hood on the shooter. Thus allowing an articulating trajectory for their shots
I guess I’ll be seeing it in person very shortly. Sweet.
On your 8 wheel drive - what offset do you use for the heights of the wheels relative to each other? I have to make an adjustment to our 6-wheel drive when we get there - too much drag on the outer wheels - and I used the stock offset dimension from the kitbot frame which is .15.
We (FRC 401) use an offset of 1/8" with 6" 6 wheel drive. This is also using the new “high grip” wheels from this year’s KoP
It does appear that this is a wide robot, meaning the wheels don’t have to be offset for the wheelbase vs track width ratio
Thats a good guess, and where I would start as well. However, I didn’t see an obvious connection point/completed mechanism thus my question to 234s designers.

Still a few things missing - but
8 wheel drive, all at same level. We found no drop needed with the wide chassis.
Window motor at top drives a worm screw to move the shooter body for alignment to the goals.
The camera is mounted on top, in this view it is hidden by the top of the shooter curves.
Protective lexan with logos is removed.
AM SuperShifters. Large sprockets to get the wheel speeds we wanted.
Still a work in progress to get the rest of the systems installed.
Judging by the roller visible on the back side of the robot, I’m guessing it has multiple side pickup?
pick up front and back, moving the balls into the center staged elevator.
sensors keep count of the balls in the elevator and will reverse the front and rear collector rollers after 3 are staged to help prevent getting a 4th.
