MOE participated in a press conference with Delaware Govenor Markell and Senator Kaufmann, announcing a new STEM initiative.
Last Monday MOE 365 participated in a press conference at the MLK event with DE governor Jack Markell, Senator Kauffman, and other state and business leaders, on the need to prepare for technical careers. The governor signed an executive order to create a state STEM council to promote science and technology in Delaware schools. I don’t know the details, but hopefully this will be an aid to expanding FIRST in the state.
