pic: Team 1676's Electronics Board

On behalf of the electronics team, I present- the board!!! (or one side of it). All the wires are contained within the gray tubing. On the other side of the board (I don’t have a picture) are all the fuses and various other things. I’ll try and get one at some point, but no guarantees. Past that, I’m not on the electronics team, so I’m not going to go into detail, for fear of a mis-statement.

Looks nice why so many h-bridges

Wow… that’s a lot of spikes.

Lot’s of pneumatics, or do you just prefer to use spikes over victors?

a little of both

we have 5 cylinders and suction, 1 motor on a sike, and 4 cims. the stuff on the bottom includes the power distribition block, the fuses and fuse block. also there is a third layer with our 4 clippards below our chassis. our batttery and compressor is on a seperate board aswell. the h bridges are just a way to make it seem as wireless as possible. we were going for super neat and super clean. we try that every year but this is the best we’ve done it. kudos to our electronic guys.

Heh, I think we ended up needing both 8 spikes and 7 victors; our controls board does not look nearly as neat :stuck_out_tongue:

Wow lots of Panduit !!! Sweet!!

Wow that is a lot of spikes you guys are running! Your wiring looks very neat though. Did you guys make something to prevent you pwm cables from coming out? Last year we had trouble with that so we made a plastic piece of plastic that went over the robot controller but kept all of our pwm, Digital i/o, and analog inputs from popping out.

nice job pioneers, you guys have come a long way since your rookie year, great job

Nice organization and way to keep everything together and organized! y so many bridges and connectors?

Here are the updates to our electrical board!!!
