Having looked at the photo I just want to check something. It looks like your gear holder/manipulator( especially the bent polycarbonate at the top) are outside of the frame perimeter.
Even though it may be within your chosen volume( either A or B) the mechanism can’t extend past the vertical line of the start of the bumpers before the start of the match.
You’ll probably need to try and rectify this at your competition by moving the mechanism further inside the robot( shouldn’t be too difficult with the KOP chassis). You could also extend your frame and move your bumpers forward( again not too difficult with the KOP chassis and the bumper mounting method you have chosen).
