Our team came up with this idea for a fundraiser. Students pay $2.00 to throw a pie (styrofoam bowl of whipped cream) at the teacher of their choice.
How did you get the teachers involve in this particular fund-raising activity?
I’m sure they just asked them, teachers are often more than willing to help at a silly fundraiser like this, when the school will benefit. Especially for a team like the tech tigers who is so actively involved with the community.
Prob. wasn’t easy but my guess is they got a few teachers that were more than willing to help out.
Great job, looks like that was a lot of fun.
You’re right Dan. The kids went around and asked the teachers. Most were more than happy to help out.
Indeed. Our school has a fund raiser for something. There’s large jugs with pictures of teachers on them. Whichever teacher gets the most money kisses a goat.
The last to win did it with some style, too.
We should do that at the end of the year to our mentors.
Awesome Fundraiser! I think every team should be mandated to do this, its one of those things that everyone wishes they could do but they don’t get the opportunity because of roadblocks.
Anyway, this reminds me of a certain style of fundraiser that is a little “stickier”](http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/1463)
