That would be the Barrel Monster from North Carolina State University. A university student made it from the construction barrels on Hillsborough Street on campus. He got into trouble for stealing the barrels, but the company that they were made buy took care of it, and gave him more to make a girl monster. They now reside above the construction watching over the students as they drive down Hillsborough Street. This thing has become a local buzz in the past few weeks.

The first one was made over the summer time and the guy who made it is was from Indiana. he had a really awesome blog called http://nopromiseofsafety.com/ and had some other stuns and pictures of thing he did, but he got sued by the state of NC and had to take everything down =(. It was all pretty cool stuff he did!
