Hi
We are the ninjas #4744 from Israel. we won the first place in the competition in our country. We are now going to Einstein.
Now we are trying to ask for help from other groups to give us a cart for our robot or a driver station for the competition days. After that we bring back to your pit.
Maybe you can help us and give us a cart for our robot or driver station?
After all this is the spirit of first. PLS HELP US!
Tnx you so much

Welcome to Chief Delphi, Yossi.
Yossi contacted several teams via email but I suggested 4744 post their request on Chief Delphi.
To clarify, in addition to a basic robot cart or dolly, they are asking for a loan of a physical operator controls base (presumably with velcro on the bottom) upon which they can attach their driver station laptop and joystick/gamepad. Please see attached photo.

For next year, you might want to get creative with your Crate.
At the Wisconsin Regional, one of the teams from Turkey attached dolly wheels to the base of the crate, and used that for a dolly. With a little more design, you can use the other sides of the crate to enhance the dolly (raise it up, shelf, etc), and even use it for your Driver Station. The remaining crate pieces you can use in your pit for shelves, etc.
We are looking into options. We have an old driver station and possibly a dolly we can bring. How are you on batteries (we do not have enough to share, but other teams may)?
Let us know what you need.
Iβm sure they, and many more international teams need batteries as well, so if your team can bring any spare - please do =]
I already said this in the other forum, but to keep this in one place.
Our team should be bringing an extra cart for loading our crate after competition. I still need to ask our team later today if you can borrow it, but I donβt see why not. Give a bit to talk it over and I will get back to you later today ok? See you at Champs!
Yossi, please respond so that we (those in this thread offering assistance) can help arrange what you need.
Just in case he doesnt reapond in time, im 99% sure they still need more batteries and chargers.
